Let's get your ManyChat project started!

Please read this section which serves as our VIP Day Client Agreement as you will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions before finalizing your booking.

Here is a summary of the key terms for your reference:

VIP Day - I will devote up to 7 hours on your launch project, as well as a 1 hour kickoff call before the VIP Day. That also includes 30 days of post-VIP day email support.

Remember that you're booking time and expertise and not a specific set of deliverables. I will give you my best estimate of how long your project will take based on my experience, but different factors, like the amount of content, how prepared your content is for me, any revisions that need to be made, etc. will affect the total time your project takes.

30 Days of Email Support - You are welcome to ask any questions or concerns about work completed during your VIP day. The email support period does not include additional project revisions. If additional work is needed, you are more than welcome to book another half or full VIP day.

Payment Terms - To secure your spot on my calendar, a 50% deposit of $500 is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% ($1,000) is to be paid one day prior to your scheduled VIP day.

Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule your VIP day, you can reschedule with at least 7 days written notice for a new date that is within 90 days of the originally scheduled date. Once you are less than 7 days from your VIP date, then your date cannot be rescheduled, but I will complete as much as possible for you on your VIP day with the content you have ready for me!

Cancellation - Your payment for your VIP day is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date within 90 days from your original booking. If you wish to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may be applied to a new booking at the current VIP day rate, which may or may not be higher than the original date.
